Q: How do I visit your factory? A: You are welcome to visit our factory. Before you come, please make an appointment with us. We shall give you directions on how to find our factory.
Q: How do I get a copy of your product catalogue? A: Our product catalogues is free for you. Please note that it is our policy that the receiver pays for the courier service. If it is convenient for your company, please confirm this with us and give us your company name, detailed address, zip code, telephone number, courier service account number (FedEx, UPS, DHL, TNT, etc.). We shall do our best to help you.

Some customers may have doubt on the quality of our products before decide the first order with us. Under this circumstance, we warmly welcome customers to ask us provide samples for test and evaluation. Our sample policy is as follows:
Sample is available and charged.
1). for the regular models we have: customers have to pay the samples cost and shipping freight. Samples cost shall be refunded once the samples have been approved and the formal order has been decided 2). For OEM project: the set up fee, such as molds tooling charge, logo printing cost and film charge etc, shall be on customer's account also. We'll refund partial or even full of the set up fee, depends upon the quantity of the OEM order.
Freight for samples: The freight depends on the requested quantity, weight and carton size and your area. We would calculate and let you know the exact freight when you require samples.
How to get the sample:
Please kindly email or fax us the samples list (products name, Item No., models, quantity etc.) you wanted, we will make the Performa invoice and kindly advise the total price for your order. We will send out the samples after receiving your payment within 3-5 working days for regular models, OEM project please discuss with us.
Q: Can I get a price list? A: We do not provide a price list to our customers. All items are quoted individually. As you know, the price can be affected by such factors as material thickness, product shape, size, order quantity, print colors, etc. Also, the material prices can change constantly. Please tell us your specific requirements and we shall find the best solution for you.
Q: What are your delivery times? A:Delivery times Sample order we will delivery it to you within in 3-7 working days OEM project will be delivery within 25-30 days after confirm we got you payment.

All of our products carry one-year limited hardware warranty, which assures customers that the products will conform to their published specifications and will be free from factory defects since the delivery and for a period of one year thereafter.
We will be willing to repair or replace the defectives. But customers will pay for the fee of returning the defectives
